Your office helped to set up EFRTC (European Federation of Railways Trackworks contractors in Luxembourg) as in 1997; It is registered in Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg as "association sans but lucratif" under the number F 2725.
After 20 years of the existence the members decided to close the EFRTC. I would like to consult with you the procedure for dissolution of the EFRTC in accordance with law/regulations as applied in Luxembourg.
